Shaun Antell was 3rd breaking 30 minutes in 0:29:58, Martin Colwill was 1st in category in 0:36:21, Sammy Antell was 4th female in 0:36:32, John O’Donohuge ran an impressive 0:34:38, Leanne Glover 0:44:14, Helen Colwill 0:49:20 and it was great to see Jamie Blackman back running finishing in 0:53:11

Mid Cheshire 5k
Massive congratulations to Martin Colwill representing England at the England 5km Championships hosted by the Mid Cheshire 5k last Friday 25 August. Finishing in an incredible super speedy time of 0:17:15 that’s at a pace of 5:29 min/mile!

Wiltshire 10k
Sammy Antell represented Devon at the SW Inter Counties 10k Championships in the Wiltshire 10k. She finished with a PB of 36:26 and was 6th female.
Barry Island 10k
It was a #TeamAntell race! Shaun Antell claimed the male elite victory in a time of 30:46 and Sammy Antell finished 4th women in a time of 38:17
Kinsale Regatta 5 Mile
Massive congratulations to Simon Mugglestone who ran an absolutely cracking time finishing 17th in 0:27:53. A run that places him equal 4th in V55 Run Britain ranking as well as the coveted club record.
