Wednesday non-stop long runs

Wednesday 8 January and every Wednesday until April (ish), 6pm for the same 9/10 mile route each week, with points where runners loop until the last runner reaches them, then all continue together – no stopping. There are points to cut back to make the course shorter (6 or 7 miles) until the full distance can be run. A great run for all; perfect for those marathon training and anyone training for the Bideford Half Marathon. View the route
