There were some fast times from our Blues at the Telford 10k this weekend – John O’Donoghue 33:30 and Nick Lapham 34:56.

Massive congratulations to our incredible runner Ronnie Richmond who completed the Valencia marathon today in an unbelievable time. Despite being knocked down at the start, he got up again… and ran a pb of 2:15:07 gun time but 2:15:02 chip time

This is the 4th fastest time EVER by a British V40 runner which is incredible! Two of the three above him are Olympians, Mo Farah and Chris Thompson. Well done Ronnie
