Our juniors smashed the 3k course – Matthew Hughes 14:12, Teddy Antell 15:31.
In the 10k Leigh Crossman was 3rd overall in 41:39, Geoff Panter 1:07:02, Edwina Stevenson 1st FV60 1:08:02

Ollie Goldsworthy achieved a PB in the 800m in 2.01.68 and was 6th overall

Davina Finch finished 2nd female in 41:31, Rob Finch 42:52, John Shapland 1st MV70 45:56

Shaun Woodhead won his 1500m race in 4:41.96.
Carys Woodhead was 3rd in her 1500m race with a PB in 5:00.81

On Monday our blues battled the heatwave – Leigh Crossman 39:26, Serane Stone 43:02, Theo Gierke 46:14, Gemma Steele 53:35, Jenny Routley 56:11

Henry Hughes in the U16 200m 26:67 PB.
Adrian Prust in the 400m 1:02:69

In the 1 mile: Adrian Prust 2nd in 5:16:14, Simon Tithecott 3rd in 5:30:83. In the U16 race Henry Hughes 2nd in 5:06:21

In the Half Marathon Tom Owen secured a pb in 1:32:58 and John Sleep finished in 2:02:06.

In the 10k James Pugsley finished in 35:10.
