Welsh Indoor Rowing Championship

Bideford AAC rower Alistair Peake was in action in Cardiff this weekend for the
Welsh Indoor Rowing Championship. Alistair took part in the men’s lightweight
50+ category and finished in first place in a very impressive time of 6:34.2. Not content with just winning his category Alistair was the fastest lightweight competitor overall on the day.

Julie Dixon represented England in F45 category, 6k in 0:23:37 and 3rd counter for England and part of winning team 
Michael Gilmore represented N Ireland in M75 category, 6k in0:36:36 with N Ireland finishing 3rd
