Talk about a swift half!
The course takes in magnificent countryside alongside the River Torridge between Bideford and Great Torrington. The course is half on roads and half on the Tarka Trail, you even get to run through a tunnel. A moderately flat race with one small hill section.

A chip timed race – race numbers with built-in chips and information will be posted to runners
All finishers will receive a medal plus race memento. Prizes for first six males and first six females, best single fancy dress entry and trophies in all categories. Break the male / female course record extra £50 (male 01:06:09, female 01:17;15)
Race limit: 1,500
Race assembly 10.20am (please allow plenty of time to collect you race number if you are a late entry).
Changing rooms, showers, bar and refreshments available. We regret that the course is unsuitable for wheelchairs. No dogs, pushchairs or walkers permitted. Entry fees are non-refundable.
