- Bideford 10k 2026
Massive congratulations to everyone who ran the Bideford 10k which also included the Age Group Masters Representative Race.
The winner was Alex Gibb in 31:04, followed by Nick Bester from Best Athletics in 31:45, in 3rd Alex Gladly from Victoria Park Harriers and Tower Hamlets AC in 32:05
The winning female in a new course record time was Christa Cain from Best Athletics in 35:08, in 2nd Hayley Gill from Mainfield Harriers in 36:18, in 3rd Naomi Sutton from Run4all Neath in 36:53

Massive congratulations to all of our runners who took on the London Marathon, we couldn’t be prouder of every single one of you! Incredible performances, PBs and achievements across the board.
A truly outstanding run from Vincent Helliwell, finishing 6th in his category and securing qualification for his England vest with a superb PB of 3:12:21. That now makes it England qualification at 10K, Half Marathon and Marathon all within 12 months… what an achievement!
