It was PB central all round with Ronnie Richmond finishing 10th in a new club record of 2:16:59, Arron Kearney was massively happy running a 2:40:19, Gary Blight achieved his sub 3 hour in 2:55:58 and Leanne Glover completed her first ever marathon in 3:49:44

Bideford Half Marathon 2022
The race was won by Bideford AAC’s very own Ronnie Richmond in 1:06:49, followed by Simon Fox from Exeter Harriers in 1:08:45, and Ben Neale from Tavistock AC in 3rd in 1:09:24. 1st lady was unattached runner Karen Drew in 1:18:16, 2nd lady Susan Duncan from Weston Athletic Club in 1:21:51 and 3rd lady Bideford AAC’s Sammy Antell in 1:23:20
Bourton 10k
Martin finished 1st in category in 0:35:59 and Helen 0:46:03. Sarah May also raced in a time of 0:44:04
Workington Half Marathon
Ronnie Richmond and Dan Mapp both achieved sub 70 minutes, Ronnie finished 5th in 1:07:47, Dan 1:09:44 and Oonagh Wilson in 1:38:20
Storm Force 10 (miles)
Dan Mapp finished 3rd in 0:52:52 and Martin Colwill 1:01:53 and 2nd in his category

In the #Tal19 Ian Gooding finished 1st with Martin Colwill in 2nd place and in the #Tal10 Davina Brown 1st Female and Helen Colwill finished 3rd.
