Well they call it a marathon in South Africa but to us it’s an ultra! 55 miles of fun hills, it’s the world’s oldest and biggest ultra marathon. So an extra big congratulations to Ruth Taylor who completed it in 11:11:42 and Jim Murray in 8:39:07

Steve Gallienne wins the double! Finishing the 5k in 1st place on Saturday 1 June in 0:15:31 and on Sunday 2 June taking 1st in the 10k in a pb time of 0:31:13, 59 seconds clear of second place runner Steve Way. Also in the 10k Neil Marke 0:44:01 and Linda Eastmond 0:49:36
