Bideford 10k 2025

Massive congratulations to everyone who ran the Bideford 10k and thank you to all the volunteers who made this event possible.

The winner in a new course record time was Phil Norman from Woodford Green AC in 30:07, followed by Ronnie Richmond from Bideford AAC in 31:00, in 3rd James McKibbin from North Devon AC in 32:48

The winning female was Zoe Oldfield from Loughton AC in 37:32, in 2nd Gemma Rous from North Devon AC in 39:55, in 3rd Miranda King from Birstol and West AC in 40:05

Friday Night Under Lights 5k

Just before all the marathon runners took to the roads in London, Ronnie Richmond smashed out a 14:27 5k on Friday 25 April in Battersea Park at the Friday Night Under Lights 5k

Half Marathon – Ronnie Richmond 1st place and new course record in 1:06:54, An outstanding performance from Ronnie as he beat his own previous record!

10k – Sammy Antell 3rd female overall in 35:38 (pb), Serane Stone 1st FV45 in 39:40, Sarah May 1st FV50 in 40:44, Neil Marke 46:56, Linda Eastmond 2nd FV60 in 52:56
