Stormforce 10
Both Dan Mapp and John O’Donoghue had epic runs at Sunday’s aptly named Stormforce 10 (miles) in Cornwall. Dan managed to, in his words’ “nip the win” in 0:53:59; while John finished 10th in 0:56:57
South West Inter County Championships
There was very tough competition but is was a great experience especially for Carys, Fin and Ollie representing the County for the first time.

Team Clements and Team Colwill smashed it at today’s sunny but cold race in Exeter

British Masters Champs
Simon Mugglestone won the British Masters V55 10 Mile title for the Blues in 0:59:40. The BMAF Championship were held as part of the Buntingford 10

Great running by our Blues on International Tour in Lanzarote – Adrian Prust finished in 1:35:55 and Gemma Steele 1:55:15
Combe Crawler
Jack Hastings finished 3rd in 1:01:04
Brighton 10k
The legend John Shapland finished 1st in category in 0:43:18 and Team Clements were in seconds of each other – Steve finished in 0:44:20 and Lorraine in 0:44:53 and 1st in her category too.
AND John and Lorraine’s category placings qualifies them both to run for England
