Taunton Half Marathon

It was a super Sunday for our Blues family with Mark Jenkins winning the Taunton Half Marathon in 1:08:55, almost one minute clear for the 2nd place winner

Greater Manchester Marathon

Ronnie (Aaron) Richmond takes 1st place in a simply fantastic performance of 2:21:34, almost 5 minutes clear of the 2nd place runner in a field of around 20,000.

Run Exe 5k race 1

Gary Blight smashed his season 5k target in his first race crossing the line in 17:57 (2nd in category), John Shapland was first in his category in 19:27, Pete Rigler was also first in category in 20:08, Karen Shapland finished 2nd in category in 21:56 and Jaden Rigler crossed the line in 23:23

SIAB Schools XC International

Flynn Jennings ran in the SIAB Schools XC International in Dublin he had an amazing run securing 4th place over all and being part of the winning England team. As a club we are immensely proud, well done Flynn

Paphos 10k

Apparently in Cyprus to run the 10k and not drink beer, Alan Cox ran Paphos 10k in 0:57:10

Reading Half Marathon

Some amazing club results from the Reading Half Marathon: Mark Jenkin 20th in a new club record time of 1:08:30 (1st in category), Jim Kirk 1:22:04, Julie Dixon 1:33:24 (3rd in category), Helen Colwill 1:44:57, Martin Colwill 2:12:29. A tough day at the office for some but we’re super proud of every run no matter what.

Bath Half

Ronnie Richmond takes 4th place at Bath Half Marathon in a new club record time of 65:44, he totally smashed it! As did Andy Ingle who crossed the line in 1:16:57

The Grizzly

The Grizzly 2019 is the ‘Trails of the Unexpected’ 20 miles with more than 3,000ft ascent! So hats off to Stephen Cameron who came 17th in 2:36:00 and Dave Eldridge who finished in 4:34:04 as part of his London Marathon Training.
