Keith Shapland finished 11th and 1st V40 in 0:34:26 and Ben Edward’s ran a PB finishing 33rd in 0:37:16

Incorporating the South West Intercounties Championships. TeamAntell represented Devon and smashed it again with Shaun taking Gold finishing 1st in 68:25 and Sammy Silver finishing 2nd female in 1:21:19. Josh Benford was running for Cornwall and finished 4th in a very impressive 1:11:59

Mark Jenkin finished 1st in 0:50:57, almost 4 minutes clear of 2nd place. Ian Gooding was 5th in 0:57:36 and Tracey Day finished in 1:39:35

Arron Kearney had a cracking race finishing 5th in 1:15:18

Shaun Antell was 3rd breaking 30 minutes in 0:29:58, Martin Colwill was 1st in category in 0:36:21, Sammy Antell was 4th female in 0:36:32, John O’Donohuge ran an impressive 0:34:38, Leanne Glover 0:44:14, Helen Colwill 0:49:20 and it was great to see Jamie Blackman back running finishing in 0:53:11
