Held in Plymouth and in the Half Marathon Jack Hutchens was 5th in 1:11:59 and Tamsin Steveens finished in 1:31:47. In the 10k Neil Marke finished in 0:43:44 (1st in category) and Linda Eastmond in 0:50:36, also 1st in category.

Great West Run

It may be a delayed post but that doesn’t mean we aren’t SUPER PROUD of Sammy Antell who won the 2022 Great West Run Half Marathon in a massive PB time of 1:21:12. In an interview with ITV News West Country she said: “It was a great course, great atmosphere and fantastic support, I loved it. It’s nice after being a mum of two to come and win it, I’m chuffed to bits. When you do well like today it really makes it worthwhile.”
But that’s not all new signing Serane Stone also ran and was 2nd V45 in 1:26:41

Bideford 10k 2022

It was great to be back holding this race in our lovely town in it’s usual month of May. The race was won by Bideford AAC and GB athlete Ronnie Richmond in 0:31:49, followed by Sam Boreham from Haverhill Running Club in 0:32:43, and Martin Edwards from Bideford AAC in 3rd in 0:33:46. 1st lady was Bideford AAC’s Sammy Antell in 0:36:33, 2nd lady Alison McEwing from Erme Valley Running Club in 0:37:53 and 3rd lady Bideford AAC’s Serane Stone in 0:37:56
