The return of a great run – the Black Rock Run in Woolacombe Sammy Antell was 1st Female with Serane Stone 2nd Female. Sammy and Serane with Tamsin and Lizzi Stevenson were the 1st Female Team. Steve Sanders, Steve Turner and Edwina also represented Bideford. A great evening of running, with a tough headwind along the beach going out and great fun chasing the tide coming back.
