Possibly the fastest 10 Miler in Devon!
A combination of road and track taking runners along Instow seafront into Yelland and returning along the Tarka Trail running through a tunnel! The course is moderately flat with three small hills.

If you wish to update your details (such as address) or transfer your race place please follow these instructions
A chip timed race – race numbers with built-in chips and information will be posted to runners unless you enter within four weeks of the race date. Race assembly 10.20am (please allow plenty of time to collect you race number if you are a late entry).
All finishers will receive a medal plus race memento. The medals will be unique to each race – run all three of our races and your medals will stack together! Our 2018 medals will be a different colour to those in 2016 and 2017. The 10 Mile is the third and final race in the series. Prizes in all categories
Facilities: changing rooms, showers, bar and refreshments available.
This year the 10 miler is fundraising for North Devon Hospice, so by taking part runners will not only enjoy a great race but also help to support the essential work of this local charity.

Affiliated entries must be members of a UKA or ARC affiliated running club only (tri-clubs and running groups are not eligible for affiliated entry)
Competitors must be aged 17 or over.
Entry fees are non-refundable.
Race places can be transferred between runners but can not be deferred or transferred to another of our races.
No walkers, dogs or pushchairs permitted. Runners ignoring this rule risk disqualification.
We regret that the course is unsuitable for wheelchairs.
For your safety and that of all runners strictly no music headphones and earphones (including bone conducting versions) during the race. If a marshal sees a runner wearing headphones or earphones the runner’s number will be noted and they will be removed from the results..
