Possibly the fastest 10 Miler in Devon!
The course starts and finishes very close to the Bideford Amateur Athletic Club Clubhouse and takes in magnificent views of the Taw and Torridge estuary. The course heads out on roads and returns on the Tarka Trail, you even get to run through a tunnel. The race is moderately flat, with only three small inclines. View the course

A chip timed race – race numbers with built-in chips and information will be posted to on Tuesday 23 October, any entries after Monday 22 October 10am will need to collect their number on the day from 9am at the Clubhouse. Race assembly 10.20am just outside the clubhouse (please allow plenty of time to collect you race number if you are a late entry). Race start 10.30am
All finishers will receive a medal plus race memento. The medals will be unique to each race – run all three of our races and your medals will stack together! Our 2019 medals will be a different colour to those in 2016, 2017 and 2018. The 10 Mile is the third and final race in the series. Trophies in all categories

This year the 10 miler is fundraising for North Devon Hospice, so by taking part runners will not only enjoy a great race but also help to support the essential work of this local charity.
