If you can no longer run and are looking to transfer your number to another runner (sorry no refunds) or if you are looking for a race place we suggest you try posting in our Facebook 10k event
If you wish to transfer your race place to another runner, the original runner must log into Full on Sport and follow these instructions. Race packs and numbers have been posted and it is the original runners responsibility to get their race pack and number to the new runner.

The Bideford 10k is a popular run between Bideford and Instow
The course is a combination of road and track taking in some of Torridgeside’s outstanding beauty, including a section of the renowned Tarka Trail. The course is moderately flat with two small hills and should prove to be both challenging and a good opportunity for runners to achieve a fast time!!

For 2017 this race will be chip to chip as well as race to chip times. The start will be moved slightly to allow this to timing. Race numbers with built-in chips and information will be posted to runner. Race assembly 10.20am (please allow plenty of time to collect you race number if you are a late entry)
All finishers will receive a medal plus race memento. The medals will be unique to each race – run all three of our races and your medals will stack together! Our 2017 medals will be a different colour to those in 2016. The 10k is the second race in the series. Prizes in all categories.
Facilities: changing rooms, showers, bar and refreshments available.
This year we are proud to be fundraising for Children’s Hospice South West, so by taking part runners will also help to support the work of this local charity. If you wish to help raise money for CHSW a sponsorship form is available here.

Affiliated entries must be members of a UKA or ARC affiliated running club only (tri-clubs and running groups are not eligible for affiliated entry)
Competitors must be aged 15 or over.
Entry fees are non-refundable.
Race places can be transferred between runners but can not be deferred or transferred to another of our races.
No dogs, pushchairs or walkers permitted.
We regret that the course is unsuitable for wheelchairs.
For your safety and that of all runners strictly no music headphones or earphones during the race. Runners ignoring this rule risk disqualification.
