The course starts and finishes very close to the Bideford Amateur Athletic Club clubhouse and takes in magnificent views of the Taw and Torridge estuary. The course is heads out on roads and returns on the Tarka Trail. The race is moderately flat with only two small inclines. View the course

Race numbers with built-in chips and information will be posted to runners on Thursday 25 April, entries after this date will need to collect on the day. Race assembly 10.20am at the entrance of Riverbank Car Park by 10.20am (please allow plenty of time to collect you race number if you are a late entry). Race start 10.30am
All finishers will receive a medal plus race memento. The medals will be unique to each race – run all three of our races and your medals will stack together! Our 2018 medals will be a different colour to those in 2016 and 2017. The 10k is the second race in the series. Trophies in all categories.
